How much is available?

$1 Million in grants from $5,000 to $25,000

For how long?

Funds are available to businesses that have completed all application components, on a first come – first served basis

Who is eligible?

Businesses in MD, NJ, NC, OH (Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties), PA, SC, VA, WV and Washington, D.C.:

· That were in operation as of August 1, 2019.
· That have no more than 10 FTEs (300 hours/week) and no more than $1 million in annual gross revenue.
· That experienced at least a 15% reduction in sales due to COVID.

Pre-COVID Documentation:
·  2019 bus tax return (if available) or 2019 (12 months) internally generated statements (Quickbooks, etc)  STRONGLY PREFERRED
Or
·  Bank Statements with sales deposits/expenses identified and highlighted
Or
·  Sales Report, e.g. from online retailers such as Amazon

Post-Covid documentation of 15% reduction in sales:
·  2020 year-to-date financial statements or March month to date (Quickbooks, etc.)
Or
·  Bank Statements with sales deposits/expenses identified and highlighted
Or
·  Sales Report, e.g. from online retailers such as Amazon
Or
·  Cancellations of orders, reservations, government orders to close (local, state) etc.
